Brief introduction of process
The waste water after glass edging will be treat as the water source of Water Purification Project. The formation of turbidity in waste water is mainly caused by a certain amount of suspended solids and particles in water. The turbidity reflects the content of suspended solids and colloids in the waste water. The size of suspended solids in the waste water is large, which can be removed by natural sedimentation. Due to the small particle size and large surface area of colloid in the waste water, a certain amount of equal charge will be adsorbed on the surface of colloid in the waste water. Due to mutual repulsion between charges (same-sex), it is difficult to accumulate into larger particles and it is difficult to remove them by conventional natural precipitation and filtration, so it is necessary to add osculation coagulant. In the pipeline mixer, the coagulant and raw water are fully mixed in the agitation of the spiral blades of the pipeline mixer. Under the action of the coagulant, the suspended solids and particles in the water accumulate into larger particles through the adsorption of the compressed electric double layer and the bridging for removal by precipitation and filtration.
This scheme adopts RSFC series vertical flow inclined tube reaction settler combination to form a high-efficiency purified water treatment device.
